3M Attest 1291 Rapid Readout Biological Indicator is designed for steam sterilization, providing quick and reliable results. It is specifically made for 132°C/270°F gravity displacement cycles. This self-contained indicator includes a spore strip, sealed glass ampule with growth medium and dual indicator system, and a blue color-coded cap with sterilant penetration holes and a filter for protection. Fluorescent readings are obtained by incubating the indicator for one hour in the 3M Attest 390 Series Auto-reader, ensuring precise and efficient sterilization monitoring.
3M Attest 1292 Rapid Readout Biological Indicator is designed for 121°C/250°F gravity and 132°C/270°F vacuum-assisted cycles. These self-contained indicators include a spore strip, sealed ampule with growth medium and dual indicator system, brown color-coded cap with sterilant penetration holes and a filter, and a chemical indicator on the label. After sterilization, the vial is crushed to combine the growth media with the spore strip. Incubation for three hours in the 3M Attest 290 Series Auto reader yields accurate results through fluorescence.
