Returns & Exchanges

MedicalRite prides itself in ensuring a 100% satisfying ordering experience. If, for any reason, you find an item your ordered to be less than satisfactory, here are our return and exchange policies.

We have a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, clean, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for all shipping, handling, and related costs when processing a return or exchange. MedicalRite will not be held responsible for return shipping costs unless it is due to our error.

 

Returns:

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested within 30 days of delivery by contacting our Customer Service department by calling 800-548-6877 or by email at help@medicalrite.comItems returned without an RMA number will NOT be accepted.

Returns must be received within 14 days of receiving an RMA number.

Items deemed unsuitable for resale will not be refunded.

A refund will be issued once item has been received and inspected.

Approved returns will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@medicalrite.com.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like:

  • Special, custom, or non-stock items
  • Items that require refrigeration
  • Items that are altered, damaged, opened, or cannot be resold
  • Items that are “Prohibited by Law” to be returned

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Damages, Missing or Incorrect Items:

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Order Cancellations or Editions:

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or edited. Cancellation or editions of orders are subject to the above return policies.
