    Not what I paid for

    When I decided to purchase the COACH tape, it was based off of the picture on your website of Johnson and Johnson brand tape. wen the ape arrived, it was an off brand and not Johnson and Johnson. MedicalRite was gracious enough to get me an RA number, but told me that they would not cover the shipping unless the return was an error on their part. I feel that falsely advertising what I am buying is an error on your part and I should not have to pay for the shipping of it back. had it been what was shown to me, there would be no need to send it back in the first place.

    The picture on the box of the product I ordered listed the tape as COACH Athletic Tape Porous by Johnson and Johnson. I bought this tape because it was Johnson and Johnson which I had always used before. The product I received was COACH Athletic Tape Porous by Actimove. The label on the inside of each roll also said Actimove.

    However, this tape does seem to be similar in quality and easy tear ability. It is a bit thinner material, but does apply well and should perform adequately for my athletes.
