    This is the best value for money head immobiliser I've found, but with a few caveats. I have read it is not compatible with various scanning equipment, but because I use it for training purposes, that's not an issue for me. My one complaint is that the side blocks are fairly high, to the point that the straps do not touch the forehead or chin on small-framed adults. Those trained for emergencies will know how to adapt kit anyhow, or have various sizes on hand, but I just figured I'd mention the sizing in case it's important to you.It's easy to use, easy to clean, and the ear holes are a necessity missing from most other budget models.For those who care about such things, the colour is the closer to the military/engineering 'international orange', rather than a true red. I'm the sort of nutcase who wants everything in my clinic to not only work perfectly, but to match perfectly. Really. If you suffer this same affliction, take note of the colour - and you have my condolences.
