Description

The Flat FormaFlex™ Skin Barrier is designed for use with a two-piece pouching system and offers a comfortable, customized fit with reliable extended wear. Its unique FormaFlex™ formulation allows the barrier to be stretched and shaped by hand, eliminating the need for scissors and making application quick and simple.

An integrated floating flange allows fingers to slide underneath during pouch attachment, helping reduce pressure on the abdomen and improve overall comfort. The flat design works well for users who prefer a low-profile fit while maintaining a secure seal.

Compatible with New Image™ drainable, closed, and urostomy pouches of the same flange size, this skin barrier provides versatility and confidence for everyday use. A tape border enhances adhesion and security, while the extended wear formulation supports dependable performance throughout the day.
