Our wound dressing features a petrolatum and sunflower oil emulsion blend that may help keep the wound moist as it gets better. The dressing forms a seal that may help stop the evaporation of moisture from the skin, and prevent the wound and surrounding area from drying up.

Helps Minimize Skin Maceration - While moisture is necessary to promote proper and faster wound recovery, it's also important to prevent a build-up of excess fluids or exudates. Otherwise, it can lead to wound bed damage or skin macerations. In preventing such issues and avoiding further complications down the road, our wound dressing may help. It can help draw excess exudates away from the wound area and let them flow into a sanitary dressing.
