Hi there .. I picked up the Pacifica Elite Nebulizer at Publix on 231 highway in Panama City Fl .. for my husband who is disabled .. He can not hold on to something so I found a mask I got from one of our many visits to the hospital .. The problem is this machine has blown 3 hoses right at the starting of the hose .. my husband needs to use this at least 3 times a day .. please tell me what we may be doing wrong and most os all where I can get the hoses for this machine ...
